1. Must be 18 years or older to enter to be eligible to win prizes; All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply
2. Submit all required fields on the Golden Triangle BID form to be automatically entered into a drawing for an Epiphone Les Paul Special guitar or a Kymco Agility 50 scooter from Coleman PowerSports
3. Only one entry or submission per person; odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received
4. Golden Triangle BID reserves the right to refuse any submission for any reason; Employees of the Golden Triangle BID, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their families are not eligible to enter
5. Entries will be accepted through June 24, 2008. Winner will be notified by email and announced at the last Sounds in the Square concert. Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
6. Entrants accept that by enrolling, their email address will automatically be placed on the Golden Triangle BID mailing list to receive email updates regarding upcoming events and promotions and that their email address will be shared with Golden Triangle BID partner organizations
7. Participating entrants agree that Golden Triangle BID, its subsidiaries, participating sponsors, their affiliates, officers, directors, agents and their employees shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, illegible or late entries. By enrolling, contestants accept these rules and agree to be bound by the results of the prize drawings. All decisions made by Golden Triangle BID are final
